Professional Background

Kelsey Ramirez is a full-time Account Manager at Titan Fire & Life Safety and the Business Development Manager. Kelsey received her associate degree in Fire Science in 2023 and hopped right into the world of Fire Protection and Emergency Management as soon as she graduated. 


Kelsey brings experience in customer service, organization, event coordination, and attention to detail. She joined Titan Fire & Life Safety in 2023 to work with a team who shares the same values of being proactive and honest in the fire prevention world.

Kelsey performs a multitude of roles, but her primary focus is the Inspections, Testing, and Maintenance Department. Some of those responsibilities include meeting with clients to address their questions and concerns regarding required inspections, preparing proposals, reviewing inspection reports, contracts scope of work, managing client’s portfolios, and cost savings to clients while meeting minimum standards and strategic planning.


Kelsey truly believes that if you provide clients with fair pricing, quality work, and respect, anything is possible. At Titan Fire & Life Safety, she brings a level of passion and professionalism to the company as she feels that we can always serve our clients better and grow.
