As a seasoned professional in the fire life safety and low-voltage industries, Ken brings over a decade of expertise in project management, team leadership, and customer relations. Currently serving as the Low Voltage ITM Manager at Titan Fire & Life Safety, he oversees the company's Low Voltage Service Department, managing over 55 monitoring and testing accounts. He responsible for training and supervising foremen, planning and coordinating small jobs, scheduling service calls, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Previously, as Titan Fire & Life Safety's Low Voltage Manager, Ken built customer relationships to secure new construction and service projects, established standard operating procedures for low-voltage operations, and developed a comprehensive service department handling calls, testing, and monitoring setups. Within my first eight months, he successfully set up 50+ monitoring accounts and trained field personnel on fire life safety codes.

Prior to Titan Fire & Life Safety, Ken served as Senior Account Executive and Compliance Officer, where he generated over $250,000 in sales, created a fire life safety service department, and set up 28 monitoring accounts in four months. His responsibilities included estimating construction projects, reviewing testing reports, providing repair quotes, and training sales representatives on proper bidding techniques.

During Ken’s introduction into sales, he excelled as both a Senior Sales Representative and Service Sales Representative. With an achievement remarkable sales milestone, generating $4.1 million in system sales in 2022 and $3.6 million in 2021. He developed and maintained strong client relationships, provided quotes for service and repairs, and managed customer accounts for testing and monitoring agreements. Earlier, as an Install Foreman, he directed field crews, coordinated installations, and completed fire alarm inspections with local authorities.

With a strong foundation as a journeyman and apprentice early in his career, Ken honed his skills in fire alarm codes, system installations, and team training. His diverse experience across multiple organizations highlights his ability to lead, innovate, and drive operational success in highly technical and customer-focused environments.
