Trevor Torres is the Design Manager for Titan Fire & Life Safety. He is responsible for submitting accurate proposals to customers in need of fire sprinkler system installations and modifications, as well as customer service, coordination, and public relations. 

Trevor has a diverse background in project management, construction, and design, with extensive experience in BIM coordination, fire protection, and facilities engineering. Starting his career in the electrical trade, he gained hands-on experience as an apprentice in the IBEW 569, where he learned everything from conduit runs and wiring to drawing organization and fire alarm systems. This foundation in the field helped Trevor transition smoothly into roles that leveraged both technical and managerial skills.

Prior to Trevor’s role at Titan, he played a key role in the BIM/MEP coordination for a major student housing project at UCSD. Trevor coordinated multiple trade partners across 45 floors, ensuring constructability through composite drawing production, clash detection, and BIM meetings. He also utilized drone technology for production tracking and site logistics, earning FAA certification to operate drones on-site. His earlier experience on Snapdragon Stadium introduced him to the complexities of large-scale construction projects.

Earlier in Trevor’s career, he worked as an Assistant Project Manager managing a team of draftsmen. He was responsible for creating RFPs, assembling project bids, and visiting sites to ensure progress. Trevor’s ability to manage teams and maintain client relationships set the stage for his future leadership roles.

With a background that blends technical expertise with project management skills, Trevor has demonstrated versatility and adaptability throughout his career. He has worked in both the field and office environments, developing a deep understanding of construction processes, fire protection systems, and the importance of communication and collaboration in delivering successful projects.
